Jerome handled the service recovery flawlesslyβthey quickly reprinted the photos and sent out the replacements in no time. Recently had 3 photos printed in A2 size. Although I hadn't sent in very high resolution photos, the final product came out remarkably sharp with beautifully vivid colours.
In addition to a great product, customer service was fantastic! The emails I sent to enquire about the status of my order were answered within minutes, and my order was even expedited so that delivery would be in time for mothers' day. Really appreciated the personal touch.

Overall it was a great expereince for me. Definately will consider to print more in the future. It will be good if you can include how to care for the metal print surface. like can we wash it? can we wiped the surface with alcohol if it can stained etc... or tips on how to care for the printed surface.
